CONOR THOMPSON

For over two decades, Conor has built custom homes for many Houstonians and has proudly been the owner of Southland Homes for the past six years. His formal education in Fine Arts from Stephen F. Austin State University has been instrumental in helping him develop the creative side of building custom homes that meet his clients' needs and expectations. Throughout his career as a builder, Conor has been passionate about creating a company culture rooted in employee satisfaction and success. He realizes that without great people working in the right areas, his business will not reach its full potential. When he is not on-site building Houston homes, Conor and his family live in Sugar Land where his wife is an elementary school teacher and their three amazing kids practice swimming, gymnastics, and school activities.

TIM STRIKER

Tim Striker is an integral part of the Southland Homes team, serving as a skilled and dedicated Field Manager. With years of experience in carpentry, high-end door installations, and project management, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. He is responsible for keeping all trade partners on schedule, ensuring that everyone has the necessary information and materials to execute plans at a high level, and consistently communicating with clients and the team.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Tim is also a devoted family man. He and his wife are raising a beautiful and bustling family with four children, and they are actively involved in their church and community.
